Richard McLaren practices corporate and commercial law and is currently legal counsel to McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP. Along with his legal career, Richard is a highly respected academic as a Professor of law at Western University with areas of focus that include bankruptcy and insolvency, banking, commercial law, contracts and secured transactions. McLaren is a published author on corporate law, secured transactions and alternative dispute resolution. Richard has also expanded his career in the area of sport by working with a number of high level sport clients and organizations globally.
