Richard H. McLaren, H.B.A., LL.B., LL.M., C.Arb.
Richard McLaren is a well recognized Canadian and global Arbitrator and
Mediator for commercial and business matters, sports-related disputes,
and labour & employment matters.
Called to the bar of Ontario and a member in good standing of the Law
Society of Upper Canada, McLaren practises corporate and commercial law
and is currently legal counsel to McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP.
McLaren is also a highly respected academic as a professor of law at the
University of Western Ontario having taught bankrupcty & insolvency,
banking, commercial law, contracts and secured transactions. He is also
a published author on corporate law, secured transactions and alternative
dispute resolution.
